🎃 Halloween Is Almost Here — Is Your Home Ready for Trick-or-Treaters?

Halloween should be fun, not stressful. Before the neighborhood starts filling up with costumes and candy buckets, take a few minutes to make sure your property is safe for visitors.

A quick Halloween safety check:

Ranger has a pretty packed schedule around here.

His Friday checklist looks something like this:

❤️ Boost office morale
😴 Take a nap
🔁 Repeat as needed

We’re not entirely sure how he manages to fit it all into one workday, but somehow he gets it done. 😂

It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it.

🍂 Monday Home Tip: Have You Disconnected Your Outdoor Hoses Yet?
With colder weather settling in, this is one of those small home-maintenance jobs that’s easy to forget — but worth taking care of now.
Before temperatures really drop:
🚿 Disconnect garden hoses from outdoor faucets
💧 Drain any remaining water from hoses
❄️ Shut off and drain exterior water lines if your home has that option
🔍 Check outdoor faucets for leaks or damage
Why does it matter? Water left in hoses or exterior plumbing can freeze, expand, and potentially lead to cracked pipes or water damage.
A few minutes today could save you a much bigger headache later.

📈 Overall productivity: Questionable… but somehow essential
Ranger may not answer phones, write policies, or return emails, but the office is definitely a better place when he’s here.
So we’re giving him another excellent review and renewing his contract for unlimited pets, regular bone treats, and as many naps as necessary. 😂
