Customer Service Representative 🚨
Join our Client Care Team and make a difference by helping clients navigate their health insurance coverage with confidence.
📍 Position Details:
Monday–Friday 8:30-5:30pm
Pay rate will be determined relative to experience
$20-$25/hour
Office Location:
9373 Cincinnati Columbus Road
West Chester, OH
What You’ll Do:
✔ Assist clients with claims and policy service requests
✔ Help ensure insurance applications move smoothly from submission to approval
✔ Answer questions about coverage, billing, ID cards, and policy changes
✔ Work closely with our sales and service teams to provide an exceptional client experience
✔ Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
🍂 Please Note: Our busy season runs from October through January, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, can manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
