Today, October 13th, our Cover Cincy crew traded our everyday office attire for PINK in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀

But today holds an especially important meaning. October 13th is Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness for those living with breast cancer that has spread beyond the breast to other parts of the body.

💗 Did you know? An estimated 170,000 women in the United States were living with metastatic breast cancer in 2025.

That’s 170,000 women. 170,000 stories. 170,000 reasons to keep raising awareness, supporting research, and standing together.

Behind every pink ribbon is a story. A fighter. A survivor. A loved one. A life forever changed.

Today, we’re wearing pink to celebrate survivors, honor those we’ve lost, support those still fighting, and shine a light on those living with metastatic breast cancer.

Because awareness matters. Research matters. Early detection matters. And continued support for those facing this disease matters.

At Cover Cincy, we’re more than a team. We’re a family, and today we’re proudly standing together for something bigger than ourselves.

Together we wear pink. Together we raise awareness. And together we remind everyone that NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE. 💕

Customer Service Representative 🚨

Join our Client Care Team and make a difference by helping clients navigate their health insurance coverage with confidence.

📍 Position Details:
Monday–Friday 8:30-5:30pm

Pay rate will be determined relative to experience
$20-$25/hour

Office Location:
9373 Cincinnati Columbus Road
West Chester, OH

What You’ll Do:
✔ Assist clients with claims and policy service requests
✔ Help ensure insurance applications move smoothly from submission to approval
✔ Answer questions about coverage, billing, ID cards, and policy changes
✔ Work closely with our sales and service teams to provide an exceptional client experience
✔ Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
❌ This is NOT a sales position!

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

🍂 Please Note: Our busy season runs from October through January, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, can manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
