We had no down payment, no plans to move and really nothing other than knowing we didn't eant to pay the amount the Wenatchee Valley currently charges for rent. We reached out to Jason and through his expertise he was able to navigate us through our loan options. After looking at the market in Wenatchee we decided to search the surrounding area. We had two houses that failed inspection due to the seller's issues and finally decided on a beautiful house we didn't really expect we could aquire. We found the house fairly close to the end of April which was becoming stressful as we were due out of our apartment June 1st. After the house passed inspection Jason Austin and the team at Movement Mortgage quickly pushed through the closing process and we closed and picked up our keys on May 28th. We are now living in a house we absolutely love that is three times as big as our previous apartment for a couple hundred dollars more than the average rent in the Wenatchee Valley. Every question I asked Jason, he was right there with an answer. I highly recommend Jason Austin and the team at Movement Mortgage. I never thought we could make this happen and Movement Mortgage helped us to achieve our dream of home ownership. Thank you.
