This past week I was not only installed as a new Board member to the NAHREP Palm Beach Chapter, but Movement was a sponsor as well as panelist for our lovely event “AVANZA”. I was able to enjoy the evening with my fellow board members and Movement Mortgage teammates. We welcomed several area agents for our Wealth and Leadership Summit. And hosted sponsors from all over the county. It was a lovely event with good takeaways, but most of all meaningful connections with industry professionals and friends! So happy for these two and how excited they were at closing!

Not every day in the mortgage business feels exciting. Sometimes it's the same conversations, the same hurdles, and sometimes very little recognition for the work that goes on behind the scenes.

Then a loan like this comes along.

A Rescue Loan (I know I tell most of you all the time I do them). 🛟 Buyers who weren't being properly served before coming to us. A contract on the line. The listing side sends you the referral and explains they'll agree to extend "only if Amy says she can get the loan done."

In two weeks, with first time homebuyer assistance that they weren't expecting, and a buyer's agent who cared as much as we do Wildalys Luciano , (as well as a listing agent who had all the faith in us Roberto Ferrer, Jr. LAER Realty Partners) and a lot of teamwork from an AMAZING OPS TEAM at Movement Mortgage , we CLOSED TODAY. 🎉

Seeing how happy these buyers were, reminded me why I love what I do. Helping people become homeowners will never get old. 🥰 Moments like this are why we do what we do. 🙏

Closing days are the best days! Helping these buyers to this day is so fulfilling and makes me more grateful for what I do. And having agents to work with, that feel just as strongly about the process, is one of the best parts too.
