Makeda brings a strong and diverse background in mortgage lending and real estate, with more than a decade of experience supporting residential transactions and lending operations.

Her experience includes loan processing, credit review, AUS submissions, underwriting coordination, documentation, appraisals, title, insurance, and working closely with borrowers, Loan Officers, Realtors, lenders, and other industry professionals. She has also worked extensively with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan programs.

In addition to her mortgage expertise, Makeda’s background in real estate transactions, short sales, title, and transaction management gives her a well-rounded understanding of the process from multiple perspectives.

As our MLOA / Operations Specialist, Makeda will play an important role in supporting our Loan Officers, strengthening our day-to-day operations, keeping transactions organized and moving forward, and helping us deliver a consistent, professional experience to our clients and referral partners.
