25 years is a long time to pour your time, knowledge, and heart into one place, and Laura has done exactly that.

Since September 1, 2001, Laura has been part of the Edmonds Insurance family, helping clients, supporting the team, and being one of those steady people you can always count on.

Over 25 years, a lot changes. Companies grow. Teams change. Clients come and go. But having someone who continues to show up, care about the work, and help people year after year means more than we can say in one post.

Laura, thank you for 25 years of loyalty, hard work, and everything you have given to Edmonds Insurance and the people we serve.

August 1 marked 20 years with Edmonds Insurance for someone who has built a huge part of this agency from the ground up.

When Kelly Kasper started with us, our commercial lines book was nothing like it is today. Over the years, she has helped grow it account by account, relationship by relationship, into the commercial business we are so proud to have now.

If you have commercial insurance with Edmonds, there’s a very good chance you know Kelly, and there’s an even better chance you’ve been taken care of well.

She handles everything from commercial auto for contractors to general liability for wedding venues, small businesses, property, and just about every commercial question you can throw her way. If someone in the office doesn’t know the answer, the next sentence is usually, “Ask Kelly.”

She is knowledgeable, dependable, and always willing to help. Kelly has been an insurance agent since 2003, and for the last 20 years, she has poured that experience into Edmonds Insurance and the businesses we serve.

We are incredibly grateful for everything she has built, everything she continues to do, and the way she takes care of our commercial clients every single day!

Happy 20 years, Kelly. We love you, we appreciate you, and we are so lucky to have you.

Did you build a shed after buying your home?

Take a minute to check how much insurance is actually available for it.

Example:

Home insured for $250,000
Possible other-structures limit: $25,000
Shed rebuilding cost: $35,000
Possible difference: $10,000 before the deductible

The same other-structures limit may also apply to fences, detached garages, gazebos, and other detached buildings. A shed in the backyard does not necessarily mean the policy created a separate limit just for that shed.

Home insurance renewal coming up?

Before you automatically renew, this is a good time to review your coverage and available options.

Beginning July 17, Edmonds Insurance will have access to a new Texas homeowners program featuring updated risk-based pricing, Coverage A up to $750,000 for eligible new business, and no age-of-home limit.

Your current policy may still be the right fit. The point is to know before you renew.

Well... this is a little awkward because I'm usually the one behind these posts haha!

Today marks one year since I joined the Edmonds Insurance family as the Marketing Director, and what a year it's been.

When I started, I never imagined all of the opportunities, challenges, and experiences that would come my way. Over the past year, I've had the opportunity to wear just about every hat imaginable. From marketing and branding to websites, social media, newsletters, community events, creative projects, and plenty of behind-the-scenes work that most people never see! I've learned more than I ever expected, met some incredible people, and had the opportunity to help not only Edmonds Insurance, but also Allphin Insurance, Frizzell Insurance, Texas Heritage Insurance, and Brenham Insurance share their stories with the communities they serve.

None of it would be possible without the support of my coworkers, our leadership, our clients, and everyone who's followed along, liked a post, shared a photo, or stopped by to say hello at an event! Thank you all for making this first year one I'll never forget.

Today we're celebrating someone who truly represents what Edmonds Insurance is all about.

For the past 20 years, Tammy Tomczak has been the heart of our office.

As our Office Manager, Tammy wears more hats than anyone could count, but what truly sets her apart isn't everything she does behind the scenes. It's the way she cares for every person who walks through our doors or calls our office! She knows her clients by name. She celebrates their milestones, helps them through life's unexpected moments, and treats every family like they're part of our own community. If there's a project that needs done, Tammy is the first to raise her hand. If someone needs help, she's already there.

Her dedication, kindness, and work ethic have helped shape Edmonds Insurance into what it is today, and we couldn't be more grateful to have her on our team. Please join us in congratulating Tammy on 20 incredible years with Edmonds Insurance!
