Many personal auto policies exclude Transportation Network Company (TNC) and delivery activity. That means if you’re involved in an accident while picking up passengers, delivering food, or shopping for orders, your claim could be denied without the proper TNC or rideshare endorsement. ⚠️

Some systems may be covered, but personal property below grade often has restrictions.

Do not assume everything downstairs is covered the same way as the rest of the home.

Flood insurance is designed to respond based on the coverage you purchased.

Flooding is not only a beach problem. 🌧️ Heavy rain, poor drainage, overflowing creeks, clogged culverts, and new construction can all create flood issues inland.

You do not have to see the ocean to have a flood claim!!!
