🏠 Roof – loose shingles or signs of leaks

🚪 Windows & doors – drafts or damage
🌧 Gutters – clogged or pulling away
🪵 Deck & fence – loose boards or wear
💧 Exterior faucets – make sure nothing froze

A little maintenance now can help prevent bigger repairs (and even denied claims if issues are ignored)

Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday, March 8th, which means Monday afternoon naps will be in order for many of us! The good news amid all of that lost sleep? We will get an extra hour of light at the end of the day. As winter comes to a close, that’s something worth cheering!
