Out & About in the Insurance World!

Some of our team enjoyed connecting with industry professionals at the IACON Conference in Dublin, OH, and Applied Net 2026 in Washington, D.C., this week!

We even had the opportunity to hear from Coach Donnie Campbell, the real-life coach who inspired Ted Lasso!

We're always looking for new ways to learn, stay up to date on industry trends, and bring fresh ideas back to better serve our clients!

Giving back to our community is always worth the time! ❤️

Yesterday, some of our O'Neill team members volunteered with the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, sorting through donations and repackaging food to be distributed to food pantries across multiple counties.

Together, our team helped package 5,569 meals that will make their way to local families and neighbors in need. 🥫📦

We were so excited to have a few of the women from our O'Neill team attend Bound & Determined℠ Midwest Live at Westfield this week!

Hosted by Meg McKeen with Westfield's Jessica Hendricks, the event brought women in insurance together for an intimate live recording of the Bound & Determined℠ podcast, followed by an open conversation about authenticity, change, and the big decisions that shape our lives and careers.

We're grateful to Westfield Insurance for supporting meaningful conversations like these and to Meg for creating a space where women can show up authentically, share their stories, and connect with one another. 💙
