The average rent in Waco is anywhere from $1,500.00-$1,778.00, according to apartments dot com, some houses charge more. I recently spoke with a client and they are paying $2,000.00 in rent. 😳
What if you were to buy yourself a starter home? What if you then lived there for 5 years and built some equity? What if you kept this starter home and rented it out? Or sold it and used the equity for your next purchase? Or what if you’re in the perfect spot to purchase your forever home? You’ll have options that leasing isn’t giving you.
