At Texas First Insurance, we believe great service starts with great people. Today, we’re proud to introduce Rose White, Customer Service Representative, whose experience and dedication help make a difference for our customers every day.

A lifelong Waco resident, Rose has built a career focused on serving others. She graduated from University High School and continued her education at McLennan Community College, where she earned an associate degree in Child Care and Development. She later earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Paul Quinn College.

Before joining Texas First Insurance, Rose gained valuable experience through more than three decades of work in customer service, payroll and accounting-related roles. She spent 19 years with Olan Mills, Inc., working in areas from portrait checking and packaging to shipping and payroll. She also spent 16 years with FirstCity Financial Corp. in the Accounts Payable department. Today, Rose brings more than nine years of experience in insurance and related fields to her role.

For Rose, one of the best parts of working at Texas First Insurance is the opportunity to connect with people. She enjoys getting to know her co-workers and customers and appreciates being able to help provide a service that is important to them.

Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with her family. Born and raised in Waco, she is one of eight children and is a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

We’re grateful to have Rose as part of the Texas First Insurance team. Her dedication to helping others reflects the values that guide our work and our commitment to serving our community.
