🚌 School is back in session, and that means school buses and children are back on our roads.

When you see a school bus with flashing red lights and the stop arm extended, stop and wait. Be especially alert for children who may be crossing the street or running to and from the bus.

Remember when to stop:
🛑 Two-lane roadway: All traffic in both directions must stop.
🛑 Two-lane roadway with a center turn lane: All traffic in both directions must stop.
🛑 Four-lane roadway (no median): All traffic in both directions must stop.
➡️ Four-lane roadway with a median: Only traffic traveling in the same direction as the bus must stop.
➡️ Four or more lanes with a center turn lane: Only traffic traveling in the same direction as the bus must stop.
