We hope you made it through Milton with little to no damage.

Our staff have varying issues with power and minor damages but thankfully we all made it through relatively in tact.

I am back in the office today and tomorrow to handle claims and help customers with general service.

The rest of the staff will be back Monday morning bright and early!

With Hurricane Milton heading this way, we have decided to close the office Tuesday 10/8 and Wednesday 10/9 so our staff can take the time to prepare.

We intend to be back to work Thursday 10/10 as long as it is safe to do so.

If you’re home is damaged by the storm, try to file your claim directly with your carrier as soon as possible. This is the most efficient way to get your claim in line to be addressed. Take photos and video of the damage. Take any steps necessary to protect your home and belongings from further damage.

Please stay safe and let’s hope this storm misses us altogether.

Good evening. We were able to open today. We are extremely short staffed as most of our team lives in north port or farther south.

First priority is to get your claim filed directly through your carrier. Using the phone number or their online system.
Second is to mitigate any further damages by securing your home.

Your adjuster is going to take longer than expected. It is just the situation we are in.

We had over 300 voicemails from the weekend.

I have successfully returned 104 so far.

I will be working 8am - 8pm until we are all caught up.

We fielded an additional 167 calls today.

I am saddened by my inability to help every single one of you directly and immediately however there is not enough time in the day. I care deeply about everyone who has decided to do business with us and will do whatever I can to assist.

I know we’re all suffering our own tragedies. Please be patient with us as we work through this together.

Some tips..

Please don’t be talked into signing anything by a contractor that will take your rights away as a policy holder.

Please don’t get pressured into overpaying for a service under the guise that the insurance company will pay for it.

Do only what is necessary to mitigate further damage before the adjuster is able to see your home.

There is almost no recourse if you overpay, or pay for something not covered believing it will be paid for by the company.

The office is currently down. No internet or phones.. we do have power. As of now the best course of action is to file a claim as soon as possible and do what you can to preserve your home.

Our staff members homes have damage and are landlocked due to flooding. We assume the flooding will subside this weekend sometime. We will be back to the office on Monday to do whatever we can to help.

I hope everyone is safe. As soon as it’s possible we will work tirelessly to assist you.

We will try to gather resources of people who can you though communication has been a struggle.
I am safe and my family is as well.

It may be a long haul but we will get through this together.
