My client needed to find a home for his family while also selling his existing home in order to complete the move. Paula was able to find a solution that allowed them to purchase their new home before the sale of their existing home.
This was a tremendous relief for my client, as it eliminated the stress and uncertainty of not knowing where his family would live while his home was being sold. It was also a great benefit to the sale of his existing home because they knew exactly what they needed for the purchase, allowing us to adjust the sales price accordingly.
