This is a video of my son, Port, who borrowed this bike while we were in Colorado from his uncle’s neighbor. Port ripped up this mountain bike park and when we were leaving, he told me that this was his best day of 2025. I feel so connected with him when he acknowledges big moments in his life and shares them withme.

Candidly, I feel like I have fallen off about sharing big moments about our company and I am getting back to it. Our people have given so much to each other and our clients over the last 7 years. I am so proud to work with every person in our organization and I learn from them every day.

The humbling news is that we have recently asked some people to join us and they have accepted. These are humans with super-talents that will bring more than knowledge to our team . I’m not talking about a sixth-man, a solid passer, or a 9 points per game-guy. I’m talking about a Caitlin Clark, a Yusuf Dikec (dominant Turkish pistol guy from Olympics with one hand in his pocket) and three other superstars from the 1992 Olympic Dream Team. Who knows, my best role may be filling water bottles for these people.
All I know is, I just can’t wait. More to come in the next week.
