What exactly are you waiting for?
The perfect script? More training? Better leads? More confidence? The day when you suddenly feel like you know exactly what you’re doing?
THAT DAY ISN’T COMING UNTIL YOU START DOING THE WORK!

You cannot practice your way into experience. At some point, YOU HAVE TO EXECUTE!

GOOD! THAT MEANS YOU’RE LEARNING!
Nobody starts out as a top producer.
The agents who succeed aren’t necessarily the ones who started with the most talent. They’re the ones who kept showing up, kept dialing, kept learning, and kept improving when things got uncomfortable.
Confidence doesn’t come from sitting through another training session.
Confidence comes from taking the call.
Confidence comes from handling the objection.
Confidence comes from making mistakes, learning from them, and doing it better the next time.
You cannot expect the results of a seasoned professional while refusing to go through the process of becoming one!
We’ve trained. We’ve practiced. We’ve role-played. We’ve provided tools, resources, and opportunities.
Now it’s time to USE THEM!
Don’t let fear of making a mistake keep you from making progress.
Don’t let one bad call ruin your entire day.
And PLEASE don’t confuse being uncomfortable with being incapable!
YOU ARE MORE READY THAN YOU THINK!
But you’ll never discover what you’re capable of if you keep waiting for the perfect moment.
Pick up the phone. Take the lead. Have the conversation. Ask the questions. Work through the objections. Help the family.
Then do it again.
And again.
And again.
You don’t become confident and THEN take action. You become confident BECAUSE you took action!
