✔Make an appointment to see your doctor within 7 days.
✔Bring your medicines and discharge papers to the visit.

National Wellness Month Tip: Make time for the people who matter.

Wellness isn't just about physical health. Staying connected with friends, family, and your community can support your overall well-being, too.

Call someone you haven't talked to in a while. Share a meal. Take a walk together. Even a quick conversation can make a difference.

Who will you make time for this week?

Everyone should get an eye exam annually, but it's especially important if you have diabetes. A dilated eye exam or retinal scan can find eye problems early, before you even notice changes in your vision.

Already had your exam this year? Ask your eye doctor to send the results to your primary care provider.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Michelle Williams 🌟

Meet Michelle Williams, our Pharmacy Project Coordinator at CommunityCare! Michelle helps coordinate pharmacy-related communications, including formulary information, member letters, and website updates, working closely with our pharmacy benefit partner to make sure members receive timely and accurate information.

Michelle began her career in retail pharmacy in 1998 and spent more than two decades gaining experience in pharmacy operations and patient care. She returned to school later in her career, earning her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from NSU Broken Arrow in 2022. After working as a nursing home office manager, she joined CommunityCare and found a way to bring her pharmacy experience full circle.

What Michelle loves most about working at CommunityCare?
👉 Seeing pharmacy from a new perspective and knowing that her work helps members get the medications and care they need.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys working out, spending time with her family, and cheering on her three kids at their many activities. Saturday mornings with her daughter at their favorite coffee shop are a special tradition, even though Michelle prefers chai tea and dessert over coffee! ☕🍰

Her dream destinations include Italy and Greece, where she’d love to take in the beautiful scenery and experience the culture.

Three words that describe Michelle: Dependable. Supportive. Hardworking.

We’re grateful for the experience, dedication, and heart Michelle brings to CommunityCare every day!
