Posting a new, definitely not AI post each week, until we raise enough money to hire a real live person who isn't me to do marketing. Or until we get volunteers to do it.
Let's start with pointing out that an AI system to post social media posts wouldn't have missed so many posts this week đŸ˜‚
It's been interesting watching bigger organizations and events try to sort out how to deal with AI. And most are giving middle of the road policies, which makes me wonder: is that enough for the folks who want zero AI? Is it too much for the people who are pro-AI? I'm not buying or selling, mind you, I'm just wondering how much effect and of this actually has on support, or is it just a lot of noise with no follow through.
Anyway. Here's that hand-drawn post from a couple weeks back, and now Facebook wants me to use AI to turn it (and a picture from a lunch we made a while back) into tarot cards. Seriously.
Every week I'm going to put together a new post, that's definitely not AI (this one is my own photos), until we either get enough support to have someone besides me doing it (because I actually can't do everything) or until our reach drops so much that I realize that AI is the only option.
