WINTER OPTION ACREAGE REPORTING
A special service announcement to our valued customers. With the government shutdown, there could be hurdles in reporting your Winter Option Planted acres to FSA. You will receive correspondence from our office for Winter Option acreage reporting. The deadline is still 12/15. We will be reaching out to our WO Operators in the next few weeks to get planted acres from you directly for you and your landlords. Please keep an eye on your mail next week. As always please also feel free to call our office.

If you do not have the Winter Option endorsement on your policy, the deadline for acreage reporting will still be 7/15.

New this year, for our Operators who are using Northwest Grain Growers - they will not be sending us delivery sheets. You will need to send them to our office as you complete harvest. Please help us in obtaining these to get an accurate account of your Production. Thanks for your help in this, we are hoping you are all having or wrapping up a very happy harvest this year. Hail and Fire rarely go together, unless you are a farmer getting ready to harvest your crop, would you ever consider the two. This is a friendly reminder, to receive your cash discount make certain to pay your Hail/Fire bills prior to July 1st. Please call our office if you need assistance.
