It appears no area, or no one will be spared from storm damage this spring. The event this evening did extensive damage in the Temple area, mainly tracking through the Fm2305/West Adams area. We’re getting reports of a lot of tree damage and hail around Belton Lake, including Moffat and Morgan’s Point. More area wide damage is expected to be reported. Please be safe first, things can be replaced, lives cannot be. Call loads have been heavy for the last month and a half from previous storm over the area that we have received. The quicker your claim can be reported, the quicker claims adjusters can get the information to start your process. When turning in a claim, a certain amount of information must be gathered, or the claim cannot be completed. Please be patient as it can take a few minutes depending how much may be on your policy and how available you have the information. Calling and reporting your claim to your company’s toll free 24 Hr Claims Department is most companies preferred method. That number can be found on our website, the Company’s website, or your Insurance Policy Declarations page. You can also call our office to file your claim, but please remember, many people have also been affected and maybe reaching out at the same time, so leave a detailed message with a good call back number, and we will get back to you as soon as we are able to get your claim information turned in. Pray for those affected, and give thanks for God’s mercy, and all will be taken care of.
