In general, men are the worst at getting their preventative care done... especially among hashtag workers.

This is something I stress every time I meet with employees. For employees, putting CARE back into means pushing them towards services that can have a big impact.

Chronic Illnesses and disease management are a huge cost towards and can be life altering when not detected early.

We see so many employers that put hashtag on the shelf until their hashtag calls them right before renewal. Unfortunately, so many employers have been led to believe that this is how benefits are supposed to be done.

When a real hashtag is put in place, it's no longer an unavoidable expense for a business. It becomes an investment in talent. People want to work for companies that put hashtag in their benefits package.
