5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Mechelle Mickles by Jennifer D - I couldn't be happier with my experience! I recently worked with Mechelle to purchase my home, and as a business owner, things can be a little complicated, but she made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. From the very first conversation, Mechelle and the team were incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
What truly stood out was the exceptional level of communication. I always knew exactly where we were in the process, and they proactively kept me updated with any developments.
I would definately reccomend Mechelle to anyone I know who is looking to purchase or refinance.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Mechelle Mickles by Jamie B - Mechelle was very responsive, helpful and communicative. My client was informed about every step of the process And any questions she had was answered with a phone call instead of a text. Nice to know people can still use a phone. Thanks Mechelle for a smooth closing.
