The number of homes available for sale has not been enough to meet the demand from home buyers. This is true in our local market as well as across the country. As a result, home prices are up significantly in month over month and year over year comparisons.

The FHFA (Federal Housing Finance Agency) released their House Price Index, which measures home price appreciation on single-family homes with conforming loan amounts.
