This cute condo in Concord, CA went to young lady just starting out and purchased her first home of her own! She used California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) for her down payment and was also able to receive a 10k grant from Spark Point Contra Costa to help her with her closing costs. She was one of the last recipients of this grant before they completely ran out of funds! Look at God's timing! We were also able to successfully convert the whole complex to be FHA Eligible so any future buyers can use FHA financing in the future. Congratulations to the buyer, seller, and the whole team for making dreams come true!
