I'm sitting here just thinking and reflecting on why Allegiant has become one of the most referred insurance agencies in Oklahoma. By clients, friends, lenders, realtors, car dealerships... literally everyone.

I really think it's because we built an agency for the future. We built it around loyalty, relationships, and genuinely caring about the people we take care of. We don't wake up every morning wondering how much money we can make off someone. We wake up wondering how we can save people money, protect what they've worked so hard for, and earn the right for them to tell their friends and family about us.

Today one of my employees was selling a policy and told the client something that honestly made me smile because it wasn't coached or scripted. he said, "A lot of agencies want to keep you on the highest premium policy because it puts more money in their pocket. Our goal is the exact opposite. We want to keep as much money in YOUR pocket as possible while making sure you're covered the right way."

That hit me because that's exactly what Allegiant has been about since Levi and I opened the doors. We have never wanted to be known as the agency that sells the most insurance. We want to be known as the agency that people trust the most. If we save you money, great. If we don't, we're still going to tell you why. If your current coverage is better than what we can offer, we're going to tell you that too. That probably isn't the best business model if you're chasing every dollar, but I truly believe it's the best business model if you're trying to build something that lasts.

We're also just... different. If you ask for a meeting with me, there's a good chance I'm wearing ball shorts and either a Zach Bryan shirt or a Farm Wrestling hat, depending on what's clean that day. I'm not going to throw on a suit and pretend to be someone I'm not. I don't want clients to feel like they're sitting across from a salesman. I want them to feel like they're talking to someone they already know.

Our team is made up of people with huge personalities. We have moms, grandmas, a professional poker player, people with millions of followers on social media, and people who coach kids after work. I have one girl on staff that has probably sold someone a policy while she was out mowing on her tractor. That's just who we are. Real people taking care of real people.
This year has been absolutely insane with the amount of growth and referrals we've received, and the truth is none of it happens without our staff and the incredible clients who continue to trust us. Every single referral means someone put their reputation behind our name, and I don't think that's something we'll ever take for granted.

So if you've ever referred someone to Allegiant, thank you. Seriously. It means more than you know. We promise we'll keep working every day to be a company that's worthy of that trust.
