As the former director of enterprise risk management and compliance, Dana steps into the role with nearly 11 years of dedicated service to the Association. During her tenure, she has led multidisciplinary teams spanning first-line operational functions and second-line risk, compliance and governance roles, tailoring leadership, communication and performance strategies to align with varying technical expertise, analytical rigor and business objectives.

Brian recently joined the Association as a loan officer in the Roanoke branch office, bringing a background in safety and operations and a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Ferrum College. Please join us in welcoming Jessica Stoneman to the Farm Credit family. Jessica recently joined the Association as a loan officer in the Wytheville branch office. She brings a strong agricultural background shaped by her involvement in 4-H and her family’s Morgan horse breeding and training operation. Today, she and her husband manage a small herd of cattle, along with horses and chickens. Jessica studied animal science at Virginia Tech and earned an associate’s degree in veterinary technology from Penn Foster before working 12 years as a veterinary technician and later as a Virginia Farm Bureau insurance agent in Wythe County.
