Fun Fact Friday!
The median home price in the United States in 1994 was $130,000. Today it is over $400,000. That is not inflation. That is structural scarcity. We stopped building enough homes in this country around 2008 and never caught back up. The shortage is now estimated at 4 to 7 million units depending on who is counting. Prices do not fix themselves when the supply problem is that deep.
