Stay Hydrated This Summer!
As temperatures rise, it's important to stay hydrated. Becoming overheated or dehydrated can lead to serious health issues, including heat exhaustion, heat stroke, and in severe cases, death.
Keep in mind that sometimes water alone isn't enough. When you sweat, your body loses essential electrolytes, including magnesium, calcium, sodium, and potassium. These minerals help regulate muscle function, nerve signals, hydration, and overall body balance.
If you're spending extended time outdoors, exercising, or working in the heat, consider replenishing lost electrolytes with sports drinks, electrolyte packets, coconut water, or other electrolyte-rich beverages.
Stay cool, stay hydrated, and stay safe this summer!

Did You Know?
Mascots have been around for more than 140 years. In the United States, the first recorded mention of a sports mascot appeared in baseball in 1883.
The word "mascot" comes from the French term La Mascotte, which means a lucky charm or a person believed to bring good fortune through mystical powers.
Today, mascots are much more than symbols of luck—they help build team spirit, create memorable experiences, and serve as beloved ambassadors for organizations, schools, and sports teams around the world.

Did you know that the U.S. Army is actually older than the United States itself?
The Army was established on June 14, 1775, more than a year before the Declaration of Independence was signed. It began as a force of volunteer soldiers who stood together to defend the American colonies against British rule and fight for the freedoms we cherish today.
For 250 years, the U.S. Army has served with courage, honor, and dedication, protecting our nation at home and abroad.
Today, we honor the generations of soldiers who have answered the call to serve and thank them for their sacrifice and commitment.

My best advice for you is not answer your phone if you don't know who the number belongs to. If it is important, they will leave a message.
Be careful, don't share your passwords. Ask questions. And watch out for click bait on your internet searches.
