She was quick to respond to my emails, calls, and questions, which is fantastic to have in a loan officer, particularly with the constantly fluctuating interest rates. She was the only loan officer I worked with (I had 5 potential loan officers I was speaking with) that was willing to take the time to educate me on everything mortgage related, and had this great side by side comparison of multiple loan options (conventional 6.5% and 6.0% perm rate buy down vs FHA vs a couple others, cannot recall what they were called). She went through that table comparison in detail to help me decide which option best suited by wants and needs. She was also the loan officer (out of the 5) who was able to get me the best possible interest rate and lowest monthly mortgage payment.
I was able to buy a good home within my budget and I don't think that would have been possible if Hailey wasn't as quick to lock in my 6% interest rate. Thank you, Hailey!
