I’m a grandpa who knows that some of the best moments in life are the ones spent with family. I’m a guitar player who appreciates a great song, a good story, and the chance to slow down and enjoy the moment. I’m an adventurer who would rather be out exploring, experiencing something new, and making memories than sitting still. And I’m a wine connoisseur who believes there’s something pretty great about a good bottle, good conversation, and even better company.

And yes, I’m also a loan officer.

For me, lending has always been about more than rates, numbers, and paperwork. It’s about people, their families, their plans, and helping them get to the next chapter of their lives.

Early in my career, I thought the goal was to get buyers pre-approved as quickly as possible.

Now I see it differently.

The goal isn't just to issue a pre-approval letter. It's to help buyers build a plan.

A buyer consultation is where we talk about what monthly payment feels comfortable, compare loan options, discuss the local market, and prepare for what happens once you find the right home. By the time you start touring houses, you should feel informed and confident.

I've found that buyers who take the time to build a plan almost always have a better experience when it's time to make an offer.
