HELOCs explained 💰

💰 Think you can’t get a HELOC because you already have a 1st and 2nd mortgage? Think again!

I have access to multiple types of HELOCs, and in some cases, they can even be placed in 3rd position.

What does that mean? 🤔

A 3rd position HELOC is a home equity line of credit that’s added behind your existing first mortgage and second mortgage. Instead of refinancing your current low interest rate, you may be able to tap into your home’s equity while keeping your existing loans in place.

You can use the funds for:

🏡 Home improvements
💳 Paying off high-interest debt
🎓 Education expenses
🚗 Major purchases
💡 Emergency funds
