VA loans are one of the best mortgage benefits available to veterans and active-duty service members - but there's also a lot of misleading marketing out there.

No lender has an "exclusive" VA program that nobody else can offer. Always ask questions, compare options, and make sure you're getting facts instead of sales tactics. This video does a great job breaking it down.

Maddie ended up placing 15th in the semifinals. She broke some personal PR records, competed like a champion, yet fell a little short.

I believe most are aware, Maddie and I own CrossFit Hendersonville, TN.
I told Maddie how proud I was of her and there is NO success without some failure.

The TRUE proud moment came next when Maddie told me, “In business, in life or at a CrossFit event, believing in the process and putting in the work is more gratifying than just celebrating the wins.”
