With more than $2.2 million awarded to over 120 Rhode Island nonprofits, giving back is at the heart of everything we do.

Team Navigant was proud to take the field at this year’s Project Goal RI Goal Cup. ⚽️🏆

It was a great day supporting an organization that makes a real difference in our community through soccer.

Our team showed up with great energy and teamwork, bringing home 1st place in the Coed Division. Congratulations to everyone who played, and a special shoutout to Molly Pastore, First Vice President of Marketing/PR & Member Experience, who not only joined us on the field but also continues to support Project Goal RI through her service on the board.

We were also excited to see soccer legend Carlos Valderrama kick off the Open Division.

Thank you to Project Goal RI and everyone involved for putting together such a meaningful and fun event. 💙

🎉 Celebrating an Incredible Milestone 🎉

We recently had the honor of celebrating one of our longtime members, Anthony Avila Jr., who recently turned 100 years young on May 18, 2026.

Anthony has been a valued member of Navigant Credit Union for many years, and it was truly special to recognize such an amazing milestone. Cheryl Caggiano, AVP Branch Manager, and Tiffani Hilario, Assistant Branch Manager from our Warren branch, joined his daughter, Deborah Burns, to help celebrate this memorable occasion.

Reaching 100 is an extraordinary achievement, and we’re so proud to be part of Anthony’s journey. Moments like these remind us how meaningful it is to support our members through every stage of life.

🎉🏈 Employee Appreciation Day, Tailgate Style! 🏈🎉

What an unforgettable day celebrating our incredible team at Navigant Credit Union! We brought the tailgate party to Bryant University and the Navigant Credit Union Field House—and it did not disappoint.

From games, prizes, and tailgate-themed food to refreshing Del’s lemonade and fun drinks, there was something for everyone to enjoy on a beautiful (and very hot!) day. 😎☀️

Employees scored some amazing swag—choosing their own pair of Ray-Ban or Oakley sunglasses—and we were honored to welcome special guest Matt Light, who shared powerful insights on teamwork and the importance of putting the team first…a meaningful reminder, even on a day all about celebrating you!

One of the highlights? Watching our senior team make their entrance, running out with flags and bringing the energy like true champions. 🙌

It was a day full of laughter, connection, and well-deserved appreciation. Thank you to our entire Navigant team for everything you do—this day was for YOU, and you made it amazing! 💙
