Congratulations to Cathy Firth on an incredible 50 years at Ecumen Lakeshore! What began as a dishwasher role in 1975 turned into a lifelong career dedicated to serving residents, tenants, and colleagues. Through every chapter, Lakeshore has remained a place she proudly calls home.
