I have been married to my husband for 30 years and we have 3 beautiful daughters. I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with family at our cottage. I am an active member of my local chamber of commerce and the Women's Council of Realtors. Your down payment isn't necessarily the only expense to plan for when purchasing a home.

Closing costs can include things such as:

💰 Prepaid taxes and insurance
📄 Other costs associated with completing your purchase

The amount can vary depending on your loan, property, location, and individual situation.
