“What does my credit score need to be to buy a home?”

The answer isn't always as simple as one magic number!

Do you really need 20% down to buy a home?

This is one of the biggest misconceptions I hear from potential homebuyers!

The answer? Not necessarily! 🙌

There are several different loan programs available, and depending on your situation, you may have options that require much less than 20% down.

That's why I always encourage buyers to talk with a lender before deciding they're not ready to buy.
