✨ Excited to announce a new chapter in my professional journey ✨

After nearly two decades in banking and mortgage lending, I’m honored to share that I’ve joined the Arizona Industrial Development Authority (Arizona IDA) as a Housing & Community Development Advocate / Business Development Officer supporting the HOME Plus Arizona Down Payment Assistance Program.

In my new role, I will be working alongside Dirk Swift, Executive Director, and Deaun Hampton, Operations & Administrative Coordinator, to help strengthen lender and community partnerships, expand awareness of Down Payment Assistance opportunities, and support Arizona IDA’s mission of making homeownership more accessible and attainable for Arizona families.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives: homeownership.

This new opportunity allows me to continue that mission on a broader level across Arizona by focusing on:
🏡 Affordable homeownership initiatives
📚 Education and housing resources
🤝 Community and industry partnerships
🌎 Expanding awareness across diverse Arizona communities, including Spanish-speaking families

You can do everything right…

And still go through seasons that test you.
This moment feels different.

It feels like a comeback.

I’m honored to be featured in the 2026 Who’s Who in Phoenix Real Estate by Phoenix Agent magazine.

Not because of the recognition,
but because of what it represents.

I learned early in life to think things through…
