⚠️ Service Update

We have been notified that our core technology provider has begun restoring services following the recent outage.

While systems are coming back online, recovery efforts are still underway. Some services may be available, but members may continue to experience delays, intermittent issues, or pending transactions as systems are fully restored and processing catches up.

This remains not a security incident, and no data breach or unauthorized access to member information has been identified.

We anticipate receiving additional information from our provider by Monday and will share an update with members as soon as we have a more complete picture of service restoration and processing activity.

Our core technology provider is experiencing a service disruption due to a cooling system failure at a third-party data center. Some services, including online banking, mobile banking, and debit card transactions, may be temporarily unavailable.

This is not a security incident, and no data breach or unauthorized access to member information has been identified.

Our provider is working to restore services as quickly as possible.
