🎃👻 **RAIN OR SHINE… THE HALLOWEEN FUN WAS ON!** 🍬🐾

Mother Nature tried to throw us a trick with the early morning rain, then turned up the heat AND humidity! 🥵☀️ But that didn't stop our community from coming out for some **Trunk or Treat FUN!** 🎃

We had a great turnout filled with games, candy, laughter, adorable costumes, and some pretty cute four-legged trick-or-treaters! 🐶🍭

Today’s True Grit Lunch & Learn was all about SURVEYS — what they show, what to watch for, and why those little lines on a piece of paper can make a BIG difference in a real estate transaction!

And a special thank you to our speaker, Matt Ortiz with ProServ, for sharing his knowledge and teaching our agents about SURVEYS — and ALL the things! 📐🗺️

From understanding what we’re actually looking at on a survey to identifying easements, boundaries, encroachments, and those little details that can turn into BIG questions during a transaction, Matt gave our agents some great information they can take straight into the field and use with their clients.
