Hello Customers and Friends.....First of all I wanted to apologize for not having service at my office. Our agency has always tried to take care of our customers and cannot. I'm not sure when Centerpoint will show up and also getting someone to service my generator is impossible. For any wind related claims, you can file on line at TWIA.org or 1-800-788-8247. Please do this to get your claim assigned. For those that had flood damage the flood ph # is 1-888-391-2810. Have your policy's available. Take photos and write down the claim # and adjusters information. Best of luck to you all. Hopefully everything will be up and running soon.
