Inside the Deal: Two closings in two days.

Mark and Nancy came back to us for the financing on their forever home. We worked with them a little over a year ago, so when it was time to buy again, they knew where to come.

With fantastic negotiations and tight coordination, they closed on the sale of their current home Monday and closed on their new home Tuesday. Smooth escrow on both sides and great teamwork from everyone involved. Welcome home, Mark and Nancy.

Inside the Deal: From the fire station to the front door, 0% down.

Hunter came to us as a referral from his sister. We helped her a couple of years ago, and she trusted we could do the same for Hunter. Hunter serves his community as a full time firefighter, and we are proud to help our first responders and military.

We secured a USDA loan with 0% down, and his agent negotiated seller concessions to cover all of his closing costs. Brokering to United Wholesale Mortgage, we got the USDA commitment back in less than a day, which was huge since USDA was running a week behind. Clear to close in 16 days, and we closed on time.

Inside the Deal: Repeat clients found their dream property, and we got them a first year rate of 5.374%.

In this business, referrals and return clients keep the train moving. I always appreciate the clients who come back when they are buying again. We closed Tim and Elizabeth a couple of years ago, and when they found their dream property they came back for the financing. We secured an awesome 1-0 buydown paid by the lender, so their interest rate the first year is 5.374%. Woah. Smooth escrow and seller paid closing costs on top of it.
