Inside the Deal: Brand new construction, seller paid every dollar of closing costs, and we closed a few days early.

Welcome home Arturo and Kimberly. Nothing better than a smooth escrow, an as is appraisal, and closing ahead of schedule for our first time homebuyers. Inside the Deal: Clear to close in 12 days and closed a week early.

Another quick clear to close. We got to CTC in 12 days and closed a week ahead of schedule. Smooth escrow and a happy VA buyer. Our active duty soldier was ready to make a move and we were up for the challenge. Same day mortgage application, pre-approval, and offer submitted. Great teamwork makes the dream work, and the quick turnaround from both agents is a big part of why this one went the way it did.

Inside the Deal: Closed early, between training, with a 5% first year rate.

Closed and recorded for our active duty soldier. Another successful VA closing. We were able to close early while he was in between training. Being a mortgage broker meant we could pair him with a lending partner offering some awesome incentives, including a free temporary rate buydown. His first year comes in at a low 5% interest rate, saving him $176 a month. Welcome home, Juan.

Inside the Deal: A referral who turned into a homeowner, and then sent us another one.

We are always thankful for our past clients and the people they send our way. Miriam came to us as a referral from a client we closed earlier this year who was impressed with our process, our communication, and our ability to get the job done. She wanted something of her own and inside her budget. We got her pre-approved, maximized her buying power, and she closed on her first home with a smooth escrow. While she was still in escrow she referred a family friend, and we are under contract with that first time homebuyer right now.
