The wait is over. AEP 2027 is officially HERE! 🚀

All the planning.

All the preparation.

All the late nights getting ready.

Now it's time to EXECUTE. 💪

For the next several weeks, every conversation is an opportunity to make a difference.

📞 Show up for your clients.

🎯 Stay focused on what matters.

🤝 Lead with education, not just enrollment.

📈 Stay consistent, even when things get busy.

Remember, a successful AEP isn't just about how many applications you write.

It's about the relationships you build, the people you help, and the trust you earn along the way.

The preparation is behind you. The opportunity is in front of you.

Let's make this AEP COUNT! 🔥

At this point, your AEP plan needs fewer ideas and more DONE. ✅

There’s always another strategy.

Another tool.

Another idea someone says you “need” before AEP.

But right now?

Ex*****on matters more than addition. 🎯

Finish the training.

Finalize the marketing.

Confirm the processes.

Get the team aligned.

Close the open loops.

The goal isn’t to enter AEP with 100 ideas.

It’s to enter with the right things actually READY.

Stop adding.

Start finishing. 💪

Don’t wait until AEP ends to find out if you hit your number. 🎯

Having an AEP goal is easy.

Knowing exactly what it takes to reach it is different.

If you want to write a certain number of applications, work backward.

How many appointments do you need?

How many conversations?

How many leads?

What does that look like per week? Per day?

Now you have something you can actually manage. 📊

Because halfway through AEP is a bad time to realize you’re behind.

Know your numbers before the season starts.

Then when AEP gets busy, you’re not guessing.

You know exactly where you stand.

👇 Have you already broken down your AEP goal into weekly numbers?

Your AEP setup might look great… until you actually use it. 👀

Before AEP gets moving, run a REAL test.

Pretend tomorrow is one of your busiest days.

Book the appointments.

Run through the calls.

Pull up the client information.

Access the tools you’ll need.

Complete the follow-up.

Then pay attention to where things slow down. 🔍

That forgotten login.

That missing document.

That extra five minutes between appointments.

That process nobody actually owns.

Small problems today can become BIG problems when you’re doing everything at AEP speed.

Test it now while you still have time to fix it. 🎯

Don’t wait for your busiest week to discover what doesn’t work.

👇 If you did an AEP dry run today, what do you think would break first?

That AEP lead isn’t waiting around for you. ⏱️

You can have great marketing.

Great leads.

A great offer.

But if someone raises their hand and your response is:

“I’ll get to them later…”

You may already be behind.

AEP moves FAST. ⚡

So before things ramp up, test your response process:

→ How quickly are new leads contacted?

→ Who owns the follow-up?

→ What happens if they don’t answer?

→ How many follow-up attempts are made?

Here’s something every agent should keep in mind:

Generating the opportunity is only half the job.

Being prepared to capitalize on it is what counts. 🎯

More leads aren’t always the answer.

Sometimes you need to get better at working the ones you already have.

And that’s exactly why preparation matters.

Don’t go into AEP hoping you’re prepared.

Your AEP prep needs a STOP doing list. 🛑

Most agents prepare for AEP by adding MORE.

More leads.
More marketing.
More appointments.
More goals.

But every new priority needs TIME.

So ask yourself:

What am I going to STOP doing?

❌ Low-value meetings
❌ Unnecessary admin work
❌ Constantly checking email
❌ Tasks someone else can handle
❌ Anything that pulls you away from production

You don’t need to do everything during AEP.

You need to do the RIGHT things consistently. 🎯

Sometimes the best preparation isn’t adding another strategy.

It’s removing the distractions before the pressure hits.

Don’t prepare for your BEST day of AEP. Prepare for your 30th. 🔥

It’s easy to come into AEP motivated.

The real test is maintaining that energy when the days get long and the appointments stack up.

That means your AEP prep shouldn’t only be about leads and production.

Prepare YOU, too.

⚡ Set boundaries around your schedule.

⚡ Protect time to recharge.

⚡ Build a routine you can actually sustain.

⚡ Know when you’re at your best — and protect those hours.

At Seven Figure, we’re not looking for one incredible week.

We’re building consistency that lasts the entire season. 📈

AEP is a marathon with a lot of sprints inside it.

Prepare accordingly.

AEP is NOT the time to practice your pitch. 🎯

When the appointments start stacking up, you want to be READY.

Not figuring out what to say.

Not stumbling through objections.

Not trying to find the right questions to ask.

Use your AEP prep to sharpen the conversations that matter.

✅ Practice your opening.
✅ Role-play common objections.
✅ Tighten your discovery questions.
✅ Know your follow-up.

Because confidence doesn’t magically show up when AEP gets busy.

It comes from preparation. 💪

The goal?

When opportunity shows up, you’re ready to convert it.
