It's always a pleasant surprise when your heroes turn out to be genuinely nice people.! What a day !

Sharon Lin and I spent the day hosting the Protection Station at the Vern Glenn Invitational, sharing cooling towels, sunscreen, cold water, and lots of smiles.

Beyond the golf, my favorite part was meeting so many genuinely wonderful people. It's always refreshing when people you've admired for years turn out to be every bit as kind, gracious, and generous as you'd hoped. Jerry Rice and Chris Mullin were exactly that.

Grateful for the opportunity to support a great cause, connect with our community, and spend the day with some truly remarkable people.

This year’s event supported Surgical Services at MarinHealth and the continued advancement of innovative care, technology, and patient outcomes in our community.

The evening was beautiful in every sense — from the mission behind the event to the extraordinary floral installations that transformed the space.

And yes… I was lucky enough to bring some of the blooms home with me afterward, which somehow made the magic of the evening last a little longer.
