Sometimes the scariest career moves end up being the ones that make the most sense. 🤍

Leaving an industry I had spent so many years building a life in and stepping into something completely new was a huge leap for me. I didn’t know exactly what this chapter would look like… I just knew it was time for something different.

And somehow, I ended up falling completely in love with insurance.

I love getting to help people protect what they’ve worked so hard to build. I love the relationships, the challenge, the growth, and the fact that there is always something new to learn.

But more than anything, I’m incredibly grateful for the people I get to do this with. I truly have the BEST team and leaders who have believed in me, encouraged me, challenged me, and given me the space to grow into this career.

Starting over can be intimidating, but sometimes you have to be willing to leave what’s familiar to discover what you’re capable of.

Feeling really grateful for this unexpected chapter…and even more excited about where it’s going. 🥂✨

✨My Why✨

My daughters are my why.

This year, I’ve had to say goodbye to both of my grandparents and my father. And one thing has stayed heavy on my heart through all of the grief:

None of them had life insurance.

Losing someone you love is already something you can never prepare for. But losing them and then having to navigate the financial burden that comes with a death can add an entirely different kind of pain.

I don’t want my daughters to ever have to carry that.

I want to eliminate as much struggle as I possibly can for them in the future by making the decisions today that they won’t have to make tomorrow.

Life insurance isn’t just about a death benefit.

For me, it’s about protecting my children.
It’s about making sure they have options.
It’s about leaving them security instead of bills.
It’s about giving them a financial cushion when life is already hard enough.
And it’s about knowing that I did everything within my power to protect the people I love most.

I can’t change what happened with my family.

But I can change what happens for mine.

That’s my why. 🤍

Protect Your People ❤️

My father passed away this week, and he didn’t have life insurance.

As his daughter, I’m experiencing the heartbreak of losing my dad…but I’m also seeing firsthand the financial burden that comes with losing someone you love.

And as an insurance agent, I can’t help but wish we had this conversation sooner.

Life insurance isn’t about expecting the worst. It’s about making sure the people you love aren’t left trying to figure out the bills, funeral expenses, or lost income while they’re grieving.

You don’t have to be wealthy, and you don’t have to wait until you’re older.

If people depend on you, having a plan is one of the most loving things you can leave them.

I’m sharing this as an agent, but even more so as a daughter who wishes my family had been better prepared.
