🚨 DID YOU LOSE FOOD BECAUSE OF THE AUGUST 28 STORM OR POWER OUTAGE?
If you receive SNAP benefits, you may be able to have SNAP benefits replaced for food that was destroyed.
⏰ Don’t wait! Food loss must be reported to Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) within 10 days of discovering the loss.
You will need to request replacement SNAP benefits and complete Form H1855. HHSC staff can help you complete the form, and a Spanish version is available.
