We had such a wonderful time with our San Antonio community! Thank you to everyone who came out, brought their families, picked up school supplies, and helped make the day so special. 🫶

A BIG thank you to our wonderful CMP team and our amazing partners - Gonzaba Medical Group, Javier and the Copeland Team, UnitedHealthcare, SCAN, Devoted Health, Humana, Sheriff Javier Salazar, IDEA Schools, San Antonio Water System, Texas Mental Care, Medico, and DJ Aztec — for helping us make this event possible!
