Last Monday, CIB came together for our Annual Training & Service Day, focused on growth, connection, and community impact!

We started the day with an inspiring keynote from Holly Hoffman, professional speaker, author, and former Survivor Nicaragua contestant. Through her presentation and workshop, she challenged us to think differently about leadership, resilience, and personal growth.

In the afternoon, we put those lessons into action by partnering with One Good Deed. Guided by Michelle Christensen, founder of One Good Deed, our team rolled up their sleeves and created over 55 tie blankets for local youth in need!

We're grateful for the opportunity to grow together while making a difference in our community. 💙
