Boat progress continues...and so does Betsy husband's attempt to stay "not involved" in this project 🤣

Current status:
✔️Sending unsolicited design ideas
✔️Random Amazon packages of glue, tape, and "critical supplies" arriving daily
✔️Offering up use of his tools
✔️Adding "with supervision" to the tool agreement

At this point, we'd like to formally recognize him as an unwilling honorary member of the Cardboard Queens engineering department🛠️📦

The Cardboard Queens have officially entered the "everything is covered in paint" phase. 🎨

Red. White. Blue.
Tape everywhere.
Glue on everything.
Questionable engineering decisions in progress.

We're deep into building for the upcoming St Helens Kiwanis Club Parade and while we can't reveal the full masterpiece yet....let's just say it's got a few pieces.

This week's accomplishment:
✔️Talked about the boat
✔️Moved cardboard around dramatically
✔️Started saying things like "structural integrity"
✔️Questioned our life choices at least twice

Actual boat progress? Minimal 🤣

But every legendary cardboard masterpiece starts somewhere....and this is our somewhere.

👑📦What Are We Up To Wednesday📦👑

👷🏻‍♀️Welcome to the Construction Zone🚧
Where cardboard, PVC, paint, and pure determination are somehow becoming a parade float.😅🛠️

At the moment, it looks less like a patriotic masterpiece and more like we accidentally started a very confusing home improvement project.

There are measurements being debated, structural decisions being made, and at least one person saying, "Just trust me, I have a vision".

We are getting closer to the St Helens Kiwanis Club parade, and while we're still keeping the full reveal under wraps, let's just say this project is REALLY getting big🤣

Will it all come together?
Absolutely.
Probably.
Hopefully. 👀

Stay tuned, the Cardboard Queens are building something worth watching.

😅Confidence Level: Suspiciously high
🛠️Engineering Plan: "We'll figure it out"
🙃Number of times someone said "this seemed easier in our head": Daily

The Kiwanis parade is getting closer, the cardboard pile is somehow getting bigger, and Betsy's husband is still questioning all of our life choices.
