Tom works hand in hand with high net worth clients, business owners, and hard working families providing investment management services with a focus on tax efficiency, financial planning, risk mitigation, and alternatives. fied Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation from the Yale School of Management and is one of less than one thousand financial professionals in the country who actively hold both designations. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tom received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from University of California, Davis. It was here that Tom gained his first experience in the Financial Services industry, winning one of just four available internships nationwide at Nuveen Investments in the summer of 2007. The only undergrad to be awarded an internship, Tom worked directly with senior management and attended daily portfolio management meetings for some of Nuveen’s top investment funds. Tom is actively involved in the Sacramento community. He has served on various non profit boards and spent over 6 years volunteering as a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento. Tom currently sits as a board member for the Arden Arcade Rotary, where his leadership of the Club’s annual fundraising has helped raise over $1 million for local charities. Tom is a bourbon and scotch aficionado, enjoys squeezing in a round of golf, and is an avid Kings fan despite their eternal struggles. Tom is married to his best friend Angela and they have two beautiful children together.
