The equity In your home is a powerful tool when needed.

We used this clients equity to pay off over a 100k in debt and saved them almost $3,000 per month in out going payments. Plus netted them 70k cash back at closing to do some upgrades to their home.

A few interesting status:

Median Days on Market 108... Its taking a min to sell your home.

New Listings 3,035... This is up 79%.. A lot if inventory out there!!!

This tells me there are some deals to be had.

?? Intermediary Transactions ??

Yes, I do them … What is it???

When a Seller & Buyer want to buy/sell a property off market between themselves with NO Real Estate Agent representation, They have agreed on the terms between themselves.

What do they do next to get the deal to close???????

They need a Real Estate Attorney or a Licensed Real Estate Agent to write a contract to get to a Title Company.

This is where I come in. For a flat fee I will get the contract and all needed paperwork prepared based on the terms they agreed on for the Buyer & Seller to close the deal.

This can be done on cash deals or financed deals.

This removes the realtor commissions from the deal and replaces it with a small reasonable flat fee, saving the buyer and seller money.
