Congrats Amy Baniewicz, on earning her FINRA registration after passing the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams.

Amy began her career as a math teacher and now partners with clients on investment related operations. The clarity, patience, and genuine care she brought to the classroom show up every day in her work with our team and the clients she supports.

A proud Northwestern University alum, Amy holds degrees in Math Education and History. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, cooking, running, golf, and reading Agatha Christie novels.

We’re sharing an important update about our Chicago presence. We are bringing together our Rosemont and Oak Brook team to our newly renovated Oak Brook location at 700 Commerce Drive, Suite 201, with Tom Canale continuing to serve as our Managing Director.

This transition creates a more connected environment for advisors to collaborate, learn, and grow.

We look forward to the impact this unified team will make together.

We love when our advisors share stories that shaped their careers and this week, Tom Canale did exactly that.

During a three day career exploration program with high school and college students, Tom talked about how he started as a Northwestern Mutual intern more than 30 years ago and how that experience inspired him to build a career that blends leading, developing, and attracting the next generation of financial professionals , while focusing his financial planning practice on special needs planning.

Students spent time with our Northwestern Mutual Chicago team, shadowing advisors and seeing how financial planning supports families, business owners, and multi generational households. They also learned why financial planning matters in their own futures and how early decisions can create long term opportunity.

A special moment for all of us: Tom’s son is part of the corporate finance club that joined us, making this experience even more meaningful.

Great way for our team to celebrate . Can’t wait to see who from this group may be sharing their story in the years to come.
