From Interns to Full-Time Team Members — Welcome Back!
We're thrilled to share that three of our summer interns are joining Associated as full-time employees. Please help us congratulate Eduardo Avila, Nicholas Garcia, and Nathan Sabatini!

Eduardo "Eddy" Avila — Group Benefits Associate, Rolling Meadows
Eddy recently earned his degree in Business Finance from Iowa State University. Outside the office, he stays active and enjoys sports, traveling, and reading.

Nicholas Garcia — Operations Analyst, Rolling Meadows
A recent graduate of Illinois State University, Nicholas earned his degree in Finance with a minor in Financial Planning. In his free time, he prioritizes health and staying active — you'll find him cooking, playing sports, going for runs, or spending time outdoors.

Nathan Sabatini — Commercial Lines Associate, Cincinnati
Nathan graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Finance and Risk Management. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, and attending sporting events.

Before our summer interns headed back to college, they rolled up their sleeves and packed 48 backpacks filled with school supplies, all donated and collected by our team throughout July.

From notebooks and pencils to backpacks and more, these back-to-school supplies are heading straight to students served by Child Link. A huge thank you to our team and to Child Link for making a real difference in our community.

Our Group Benefits team continues to grow. Please join us in welcoming our newest team members to Associated!

Reese Lutwak joins Associated as a Group Benefits Associate based in our Rolling Meadows office. Reese was a summer intern last year and recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies. Outside of work, Reese loves working out, being outside, and playing with her dogs.

Joanna Perez joins Associated as an Account Manager, based in Rolling Meadows. Joanna started her career in Human Resources, where she spent 15 years. Before joining Associated, she spent five years in group benefits account management. In her spare time, Joanna enjoys running, practicing yoga, reading, and going on long walks with her puppy. She also loves exploring the latest restaurants and food festivals in Chicago!

Korinne Saviano joins our team as an Account Executive based in Rolling Meadows. Korinne brings over 30 years of experience to her new role, offering a wealth of deep industry knowledge. Outside of work, Korinne is a passionate dog lover who frequently volunteers at local animal shelters. Korinne also enjoys traveling and treasures spending quality time with family.
